Blackout Intro

By Dan Etheridge

Blackout 2019 is coming. Get the 25-27 October in your diary now! We’ll be producing a new, free Blackout pack to help you spend 12, 24 or 48 hours offline. You’ll be able to pre-order this pack in the next few months!

What is Blackout?
Blackout is a sponsored 48 hour digital fast for persecuted Christians. That means a whole weekend without your phone, the internet, social networking or anything involving the web.

Around the world Christians have no voice. Millions are persecuted, threatened, beaten, arrested, tortured and some even killed for their choice to follow Jesus. They are being silenced. By getting sponsored to go quiet online, you’ll raise money for Christians in Syria who have fled horrific persecution and are still homeless, needing food, medicine and shelter. Plus you can use the time you’re not spending on your phone in prayer, making a massive noise before God for your persecuted family.

Want to do a Blackout now?
Although we’re still planning the 2019 Blackout weekend and materials, you can still hold a Blackout whenever you like. Scroll down to sign up for doing a Blackout now and you’ll get access to a whole bunch of our 2018 downloads (we’ll be creating new, fresh resources in the next few months).
